Date Twenty-Four: A Weekend Getaway

For our date, Darren (with a little help) surprised me with a weekend getaway. We were supposed to go to another city for his company Christmas party on Saturday, and on Friday afternoon I got a phone call telling me to start packing, because we were actually going for the whole weekend. We ate, slept late, shopped, and went to see a movie. It was so nice! I did, however, miss my babies and greatly enjoyed hugging them when we arrived back home late this evening.
